All building materials are of the highest quality! Hand selected lumber for a long lasting building that looks superior to others. All buildings are 2x4 and plywood constructed.

Our wood floor buildings sit on top of pressure treated 4x4s, Leveled with concrete blocks.
The floor is 12" oc treated floor joists with ½ cdx plywood.
The walls are 16"oc wall studs with 5/8" exterior vertical siding!
The roof rafters are 24" oc, covering the build is 1/2" plywood. Topped with your choice of shingle color, ridge vent is included.

Constructed by skilled craftsmen with fine attention to detail. The building is carpenter built on your location. No need to take down a fence or destroy your yard. Most buildings are completed in a day.
